YogaMix Class Policy for Hatha Yoga and PowerYoga

All classes will be scheduled at the beginning of the month with each individual client and payment will be collected in advance.  All classes are $20 per class.  If 6 or more classes are scheduled client may pay a monthly fee of $95.  A 24 hour notice of cancellation will be required or the payment will be forfeited unless of course it is due to an emergency or illness then the session will be rescheduled.

Hatha Yoga (Iyengar Style)

Easy, gentle stretches and asanas (postures)   Just the class for a beginner or anyone needing time to release those things no longer serving you and for letting go of stress and tension.  Emphasis is on the breath and moving through the aches and pains of everyday life.  All levels welcomed - bring your yoga mat, meditation pillow and water.
Blankets, blocks & straps available if needed to modify any pose.

Power Yoga

This class is just as it sounds!  60 minute yoga practice to develop upper and lower body strength, core work, flexibility, balance and agility.  Stretches and asanas are held for a longer length of time with some Flow incorporated into the practice.  The class maybe a challenge for the beginner but not impossible to manage.

60 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training taught by Amy Shaabani of The Movement Studio

Personal Training

45 minute session - Sessions are based on Individuals goals & needs and will include Interval & Circuit Training, Weight Bearing Exercises, Free Weights Yoga, Karate/Kickboxing techniques.

$40 per session

Scheduled at a time that is convenient for both Trainer and client.

Barre Class

60 minutes of Ballet Techniques/Moves and Core training
All levels welcomed ~ By appointment Only
Bring yoga mat and 3/5 lbs. weights ~ water to stay hydrated

Intro to hatha yoga

By Appointment Only ~ Limited Spacing

Bring yoga mat & bottle of water. This class will consist of very easy gentle stretches and asanas (postures) and will go over the Complete Yogic Breathe, Ujjayi Breathing and a Control Breathe Technique. Will end class with a short relaxation meditation.
